What is the 10% fee at checkout for US orders?

Myself and other small businesses in the UK are now using Royal Mail’s new PDDP system for tariffs. The 10% fee added at checkout is a mandatory import duty paid directly to US customs it is not enforced by me, and I don’t take any of this money.

This means you won’t be charged any extra customs fees when your order arrives, making the process much smoother and avoiding surprises at the door <3
