Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, absolutely! Just send me a DM on Instagram (@eden_clifton) or email me at edenclifton@outlook.com with your order numbers, and I’ll take care of packing your orders together and refunding you partial shipping <3
Will my ceramics be sent tracked?
Yes! All larger ceramic items are sent with tracked shipping—this is already included in your checkout price.
Smaller items (like earrings, spoons, or flat ornaments under £20) are usually sent with standard shipping unless you:
• For UK customers: Select the tracked option at checkout
• For International customers: Add the International Tracked Shipping listing to your basket
Each listing will say exactly what kind of shipping is used, so be sure to read the product description before you buy.
Important Info for International Customers
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel might come with some extra charges like customs fees or import taxes when it arrives. These are set by your country’s postal or customs services, and sadly, I don’t have control over them (I wish I did!).
Just a heads-up that any extra fees are the responsibility of the buyer, so it’s a good idea to check in with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Can I add a personalised note to my order?
Of course! Just send me a DM or email with your order number and the message you’d like included. I’ll print it out and tuck it in with your order—completely free!
Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
Yes—but please message me as soon as possible! I usually dispatch orders quickly, so if it’s already been sent out, I won’t be able to change the address. If the parcel is returned to me, I’ll happily resend it to the correct address.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Sorry, I don’t offer refunds or returns. As a small business, each piece I create is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and may include small imperfections that are part of its charm. Any more noticeable flaws will always be clearly described in the listing and marked as “B Grade.” These pieces are totally unique and may not always have the polished finish of mass-produced items—that’s the beauty of handmade! <3
Why do you close your shop before an update? I want to see what’s for sale and the prices!
I close the shop temporarily before each update so I can upload all the new listings—it takes a bit of time, especially with bigger collections!
It also helps prevent my site from crashing (which happened once and honestly terrified me!).

It won’t let me order to my location—why?
I do ship worldwide, but some countries have to be added manually. If you can’t check out to your location, just send me a message and I’ll add it for you!
Will my parcel be sent tracked?
• UK Customers: Only if you select tracked shipping at checkout
• International Customers:
• Large ceramic items are always sent tracked (you can check which items count as “large” in the listing description)
• Smaller items and prints are sent with standard shipping unless you add the International Tracked Shipping listing to your cart
All tracking numbers (if applicable) will be included in your dispatch email, and you can check your parcel’s progress via the Royal Mail website.
Where is my order?
I’m so sorry you’re still waiting!
Please double-check the dispatch date and that your shipping address was correct. If you’re worried, feel free to message me and I’ll look into it with you.
If your parcel wasn’t sent tracked, there’s not much I can do except wait it out, as delays are still happening worldwide (especially due to new EU customs rules).
If it’s been more than 6 weeks (not including weekends), you can make a claim through the Royal Mail website—or message me and we can figure out what to do next together.
